I’m Chelsea Cai. By day I plan quiet-luxury travel for a small circle of clients through Harmony in Gray. Around that, I consult on AI — helping people who are not engineers put it to work in their actual lives. And underneath all of it, I’m a mom, which is the real reason any of this has to be efficient.

This site is the working notebook.

Why I write in public

I kept solving the same problem twice. The fix was to write things down the moment they worked — then they became reusable, and sharing them cost nothing extra. So I publish:

  • the tools and ideas I find worth keeping,
  • the things I actually build (and how),
  • the honest test results — including what broke,
  • the client and business side of running an advisory practice,
  • and a regular digest of what the week taught me.

How I work

  • Claude Code is my operator. My entire life-OS — notes, projects, finances, my daughter’s curriculum — lives as plain text, and an AI agent reads and edits it with me.
  • Loops over willpower. If something matters, I make it happen on a schedule instead of relying on memory.
  • Small, shipped, real. No grand systems. One automation at a time, used in anger, kept only if it earns its place.
